End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and MavXTech LLC ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") regarding your use of the MavXTech platform ("Software"). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Software solely for trade industry business operations.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or disassemble the Software;

Rent, sell, or sublicense it;

Use it to create a competing service;

Extract or scrape data;

Remove proprietary labels.

3. Ownership

We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights.

4. User Data

You own your data, but we may use it to deliver and improve our services.

5. Updates

We may update the Software but are not obligated to support or maintain it.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access for misuse or breach of terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is” with no warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Maine, USA.

10. Amendments

We may revise this Agreement and will post updates on this page.
