MAVXTECH LLC (“MAVXTECH,” “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”) OWNS AND OPERATES THE WEBSITE LOCATED AT HTTPS://MAVXTECH.IO/ AND ANY SUBDOMAINS USED IN CONNECTION WITH OR RELATED TO THE SAME (THE “WEBSITE”), AS WELL AS THE MAVXTECH MOBILE APPLICATION (THE “APP”). THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, THE “TERMS OF SERVICE” OR THIS “AGREEMENT”) APPLY TO ALL USERS OF THE WEBSITE, THE APP, AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY MAVXTECH.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE, THE APP, OR ANY RELATED SERVICES, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE WEBSITE, THE APP, OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY MAVXTECH.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE TO USE THE WEBSITE OR THE APP. IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY.

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 23.

MavXTech provides software, tools, and technology designed to help field service companies run and scale their business operations (the “Service”). The Service may include, but is not limited to:

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
   
• Scheduling, dispatching, routing, and technician location features
   
• Work orders, job management, estimates, and invoicing
   
• Asset and equipment tracking
   
• Project and job costing management
   
• Financial reporting and accounting tools
   
• AI-enabled automation tools (including the MavXTech AI Assistant)
   
• Customer communication tools
   
• Technician mobile workflows via the App
   
• Online and in-person payment processing
   
• Integrations with compatible third-party services
   

MavXTech may modify or enhance the Service at any time.

Your use of the Service is governed by the MavXTech Privacy Policy. By using the Website, the App, or the Service, you consent to the handling of your personal information as described therein.

Certain features may be subject to additional terms or product-specific agreements, which are incorporated herein by reference.

MavXTech uses Stripe for:

• Online card payments
   
• ACH bank transfers
   
• In-person card payments using Stripe Terminal
   

By enabling payments through MavXTech, you agree to:

• The Stripe Services Agreement
   
• The Stripe Connected Account Agreement
   

You may disable payment features in your account settings at any time.

To access most features, you must create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain and update your information as necessary.

If you create an account on behalf of a company or organization, that organization is the “Account Owner.”
The Account Owner:

• Controls permissions and access
   
• Is responsible for all account activity
   
• May transfer ownership subject to validation
   

MavXTech may request verification to settle ownership disputes.

Account Owners may invite additional users (“Employee Users”). Account Owners are responsible for:

• Their employees’ actions
   
• Managing permissions
   
• Ensuring compliance with this Agreement
   

You may connect third-party accounts or services. You represent that you have the legal right to do so.

Subscription fees are listed on the MavXTech pricing page or within your billing dashboard.

• All subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually).
   
• Fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
   
• Taxes and bank fees are your responsibility.
   

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

• Upgrades bill immediately on a prorated basis.
   
• Downgrades take effect on the next billing date.
   
• Downgrades may result in data or feature loss.
   

Billing disputes must be reported within 60 days.

MavXTech may offer optional account hibernation for a reduced fee. Features may be restricted.

“User Content” includes any information, data, media, or other materials submitted or uploaded by you or your users.

You are solely responsible for User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it.

You grant MavXTech a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use User Content as necessary to provide the Service
   
• Create anonymized or aggregated data for analytics
   
• Improve, maintain, or develop the Service
   

MavXTech will not publicly disclose identifiable User Content unless required by law.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful or harmful content
   
• Infringe intellectual property rights
   
• Use the Service for competing product research
   
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
   
• Circumvent security features
   
• Send spam or unauthorized communications
   
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) except search engine indexing
   
• Interfere with system integrity or performance
   
• Collect payment data except as intended
   
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
   

MavXTech may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

You grant MavXTech the rights necessary to operate, enhance, and support the Service.
You represent that you have the necessary legal rights to provide User Content.

MavXTech grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to:

• Access and use the Website
   
• Install and use the App on your personal device
   

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service.

Standard carrier charges, data rates, and messaging fees may apply.

You may receive communications related to:

• Scheduling
   
• Account updates
   
• Authentication
   
• Promotional messages (opt-out available)
   

Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by MavXTech without limitation or compensation.

Use of third-party integrations is at your own risk. MavXTech is not responsible for:

• Availability
   
• Performance
   
• Security
   
• Data handling practices of third parties
   

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. MavXTech does not endorse or control these sites.

MavXTech may offer AI and machine learning tools, including the MavXTech AI Assistant.

You acknowledge that:

• Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or biased
   
• AI is not a substitute for professional judgment
   
• Sensitive personal data should not be submitted
   
• You must verify outputs before use
   

Misuse of AI features is strictly prohibited.

Beta features:

• Are provided “as-is”
   
• May be changed or removed
   
• May contain bugs
   
• Are confidential
   

Your use of the App depends on your app store’s terms (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.)
Cancellations of App-store subscriptions must be made through the store.

THE WEBSITE, APP, AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MAVXTECH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAVXTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

MAVXTECH’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED:

You agree to indemnify and hold MavXTech harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
   
• Your User Content
   
• Your violation of these Terms
   
• Your violation of any rights or laws
   

You may cancel your account at any time.

MavXTech may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violations of this Agreement
   
• Non-payment
   
• Fraud or misconduct
   
• Legal or regulatory reasons
   

Upon termination, access to the Service ends.

MavXTech may modify, update, or discontinue features as needed. Outages may occur due to maintenance or external factors.

MavXTech uses commercially reasonable security practices but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and backing up your data.

Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information. Exceptions include:

• Information already known
   
• Publicly available information
   
• Independently developed information
   
• Information required to be disclosed by law
   

MavXTech may disclose information when required by law and may charge reasonable fees for compliance.

ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION, EXCEPT FOR:

• Small-claims court matters
   
• Claims seeking injunctive or intellectual property relief
   

YOU AND MAVXTECH AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing:

You are solely responsible for interactions with other users.

These Terms are provided in English. Translations are informational only.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.

Subject to the arbitration clause, all disputes must be brought in state or federal courts located in Maine.
