• We do not store full credit card or bank account numbers on our servers

2. Information Collected via the Mobile App 

The MavXTech Technician App may request access to: 

• Camera: To capture and upload job photos or supporting documents 
• Storage / Files: To save and upload images or attachments related to work orders 
• Notifications: To alert technicians of assigned jobs, schedule updates, and reminders 

The app does not collect or track GPS location data.
These permissions are used only for operational purposes and never for advertising or third-party tracking. 

3. How We Use Your Information 

We use collected information to: 

• Provide, operate, and maintain the MavXTech CRM and mobile app 
• Authenticate and secure user accounts 
• Manage job scheduling, dispatch, and technician assignments 
• Process payments and send transactional notifications 
• Improve system performance, reliability, and user experience 
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries 
• Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Service 

We do not sell or rent personal information to any third party. 

4. Data Sharing 

We do not share user information with third parties for marketing or advertising.
However, we may share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate our systems, such as: 

• Cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS) 
• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) 
• Email delivery and communication tools 

All such providers are contractually bound to maintain strict confidentiality and data protection standards equal to or greater than ours.

6. Data Controller and Processor Roles 

• MavXTech LLC acts as the Data Controller for information we collect directly from users (e.g., your account information). 
• For information entered by your company (such as your clients’ or technicians’ data), we act as the Data Processor and process such data only on your organization’s behalf. 

We do not use customer-entered data for independent purposes. 

7. Your Rights and Choices 

You may: 

• Request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data 
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities 
• Withdraw consent (where applicable)
